About Us

At action Kenpo Karate we teach the Tracy System of Kenpo, founded in 1961 by Al Tracy. The art of Kenpo itself, however, dates back over 600 years.

SELF - DEFENSE

Tracy System schools specialize in teaching practical street self-defense.

Our program equips the students with the skills they require to extricate themselves from just about any kind of street altercation imaginable.

Action Kenpo students learn how to deal with real-world situations: single and multiple opponents; grabs such as headlocks and hammerlocks; and weapon wielding opponents.
